Where is my order?
Tracking is emailed the moment your parcel ships. If it has been more than three working days since you ordered, send us your order number and we will chase it.
How do I return something?
Email hello@colorens.com within 30 days of delivery and we will send a return label.
Can I change my address?
If the order has not shipped, yes. Write to us as soon as you can.
