How does the colouring actually work?
Every Colorens piece arrives pre-printed with a hand-drawn outline. Your child fills it in with the ten fabric markers included in the box — no stencils, no printing, nothing else to buy.
Are the markers safe for children?
Yes. They are water-based, non-toxic and conform to EN71-3 and ASTM D-4236 toy safety standards. They wash off skin with soap and water.
Will the colour survive the wash?
Yes. The ink is colour-fast on the fleece — machine wash at 30° and the artwork stays exactly as they drew it. In our testing it held through 20 cycles. The mug works the same way: once baked in a home oven the design is permanent and dishwasher safe.
Can they keep adding to it?
Yes. There is always more scene left to fill in, and fresh colour sits happily next to what is already there. Nothing you add disappears in the wash.
What age is each product for?
The blanket suits ages 3 and up. The hoodie is cut for ages 4–8, with 8–14 and adult sizes in production. The mug kit is best for ages 5 and up, with an adult handling the oven step.
How big is the blanket?
130 × 100 cm (51 × 39 in) of double-layer 280gsm fleece — big enough for two children on a sofa, small enough to take in the car.
Can I put it in the tumble dryer?
Yes, on a low setting. Avoid ironing the printed side.
When will my order arrive?
Orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 working days. Delivery is typically 5–9 working days and every order is tracked. Your tracking link arrives by email as soon as it ships.
How much is shipping?
Free everywhere in Lithuania. Shipping to Latvia, Poland and the rest of Europe is calculated at checkout. Every order is tracked.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. Duties and local taxes are calculated at checkout for most destinations, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Can I return it if it isn’t right?
Yes — 30 days from delivery, used or unused. Email hello@colorens.com and we will send a return label and refund you once it is on its way back.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it has not shipped, yes. Email us as soon as you can and we will catch it.
Will it arrive in time for a birthday?
Order at least two weeks ahead to be safe. If it is tighter than that, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order arrives in a printed box with a folded card, so it can be given exactly as it comes.
