Where is my order?
Enter your order number and the email you ordered with. Tracking goes live the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse — usually within 1–2 working days of ordering.
Nothing showing yet? Tracking can take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch. Email hello@colorens.com with your order number and we will chase it.
How long until tracking appears?
Your tracking link is emailed the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse, usually 1–2 working days after you order. The carrier can take a further 24 hours to show a first scan.
How long is delivery?
5–9 working days from dispatch. Free everywhere in Lithuania; elsewhere it is calculated at checkout.
My tracking hasn't moved in days
Carriers sometimes skip scans in transit. If there has been no movement for five working days, email us your order number and we will open a case.
Can I change my delivery address?
If the order has not shipped, yes — email us straight away. Once it is with the carrier we cannot reroute it.
